Overview: The Telluride Farmers Market is a wonderful way to spend a few hours, offering fresh products and much more. Starting at noon and running until 4 pm, the Telluride Farmers Market showcases 15-20 local growers, featuring their organic fruits and vegetables.
Where: The corner of Willow Street and Colorado Avenue
Cost: Free to everyone. Purchases are up to you.
Details: There are also wonderful grass-fed meats, including elk, buffalo, lamb, and beef. Also be sure to look for locally made delicacies sold such as honey, cider, jams, fresh loaves of bread and baked goods, herbs, and flowers, many of which can be sampled as you make your way through the market. There are even educational booths set up to let you know more about the products sold there.
